This is the best option for businesses who need to have their entire workforce staff captured in a consistent and reliable fashion from one to the next.  These types of shoots ideally take place at a company-wide event or at your office.  This option requires 3 people minimum to qualify and includes:

This is the best option for a companies who are seeking a higher level of tailored service in corporate portraiture or headshots for their employees.  This option requires two or more people to qualify and includes:

• 15-30 minutes per person
• 1 look/outfit person
• Professional Direction
• 1 fully edited digital image per person
• Downloadable via password protected online gallery

Rates are as follows:

• 2-10 per person      $150
• 11-25 per person    $135
• 26-50 per person     $125
• 51 + per person      $100

TURNAROUND TIME

Turnaround time depends on the size of the session, but most group clients can expect to receive their photos within 7-10 days from the date of the session.  For groups larger than 100, editing and electronic delivery will take approximately 2-3 weeks.

DELIVERY

At the final stage of editing and processing, you will receive an email containing a link and password to your online gallery.  Printing is offered at reasonable prices; printed images can be delivered directly to your office.

PAYMENT/CANCELLATIONS

A 50% retainer is required to reserve a date and time.  The remaining balance is to be paid by the end of the session (day of the shoot).

RESCHEDULING

Sometimes, conflicts arise, and rescheduling is necessary.  Your deposit is transferrable due to rescheduling needs with 7 days' notice.  The new session must take place within 30 days of the original shoot date, or the session will be considered cancelled (above).

ON-LOCATION/TRAVEL

Rates do not include travel expenses for shoots more than 20 miles from McKinney, TX.  Taxes and travel fees will be included with each quote as applies.

MODEL RELEASE

A model release is required and must be signed prior to the start of the session.  Those under 18 years of age MUST have a parent or legal guardian present for the duration of the shoot.  Rates quoted above are for non-commercial shoots only.
